At the end of the thousand years, the devil will get out on probation. He will break probation and rise up against God one more time. At his final defeat, Satan will be cast into the Lake of Fire. After that, there will be a second resurrection of the unsaved dead. At this time or who have ever lived will be judged by the Lord.
"And if anyone's name was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the Lake of Fire" (Rev. 20:15)
