Because many people claim they walk with God, but they don't! Nothing in their life reflects that they are walking with the Holy One of Israel! That is why we must know: what does it look like when one, who is born-again, walks with their Savior?
When walking with God, our Heavenly Father, we desire to please Him and we allow Him to work in our lives to make us into the image of His Son. We can’t walk with the LORD, if we’re living in darkness. You can’t have God and evil!
Lest we forget, Christ Jesus exhorts us to "strive to enter through the narrow door" (study Matthew 7:13-14, Luke 13:23-24). HE is the Door! He tells us so, in John 10:9, "I am the Door; anyone who enters through Me will be saved [and will live forever], and will go in and out [freely], and find pasture (spiritual security)." He also tells us in John 14:6 that He is THE ONLY WAY TO THE FATHER! No man can get there, except they come to the One who willingly went to the cross, laying down His life - paying for the sins of the entire world: THE LORD JESUS CHRIST! Therefore, we choose the narrow path over the broad wide way to eternal destruction. One can enter God’s Kingdom only through the strait narrow gate. The highway to is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way!
When we walk with the LORD, we draw closer to the LORD with all our heart. He becomes our focus. Our hearts long for Him. Our heart seeks His presence. Our desire to have fellowship with Christ and be like Him, will grow while our worldly desires will decrease! We seek to eliminate from our lives everything that does not enhance our walk with Him (Hebrews 12:2)!! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!
