Around this time of the year, some "Christians" start acting strange. What I mean by this, is that they seem to forget that God HATES idolatry and the bowing down to false gods! Paganism and idolatry is at its fullest around Saturnalia, an ancient Roman festival and pagan holiday in honour of the god Saturn. Pope Julius I chose December 25, 336 AD as the date when Christmas was first celebrated in an effort to adopt and absorb the traditions of the pagan Saturnalia festival, a wild satanic holiday of unrestrained mirth, exchanging gifts, merrymaking, gambling, and other sexual perverse debauchery! So those who fear Jesus and the Father, why would we want to participate in that?!
Beloved, as we see the day of Christ's return fastly approaching, sin has greatly increased and is rampant throughout the world! We cannot be asleep at the wheel - condoning, tolerating, and practicing in the superficial godless values of this evil wicked world! As children of the Most High God, we are to not: "7 participate or even associate with them [in the rebelliousness of sin]. 8 For once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of Light [live as those who are native-born to the Light]." Amen!
We have people who profess Jesus as Lord and Savior, convince themselves with grand delusion, that He is okay with idolatry as long as you do it in His Name, "supposedly celebrating His birth" on the 25th along with the rest of this hedonistic, hellish, godless world - who by the way, Jesus says, rejects and hates Him! For He exposes their wicked worthless activities for what it is: SIN! (Study John 3:18-20). So, if the world who rejects and hates Jesus, do you really think that they are "honoring and celebrating" the real Jesus' birth (of which, we don't know the exact date!) during winter solstice, which during this time, is widely known for celebrating many false gods? The answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT! We cannot be deceived by the so-called brethren who wants you to join in with them in celebrating idols, although they claim they are not. However, their phallic symbol (Christmas tree) in many homes this time of the year, say otherwise!
Be fruitful! Stand firm! Do not be deceived! We don't have a lot of time left, and what little time we do have, we make the most of it by spreading the Gospel, encouraging one another to stay out of sin, and submitting ourselves to God and resisting the devil! "15 ...walk carefully [living life with honor, purpose, and courage; shunning those who tolerate and enable evil], not as the unwise, but as wise [sensible, intelligent, discerning people], 16 making the very most of your time [on earth, recognizing and taking advantage of each opportunity and using it with wisdom and diligence], because the days are [filled with] evil." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!
