The Bible describes doctrines of man, doctrines of demons, and doctrines of God. 👉Discernment is the practice of determining whether what is being taught it a true teaching or a false one. 👉Being able to discern between false and sound doctrine is how we gain the wisdom in which to make decisions in our life and what we teach others as the truth.
🤔 What is the difference between false and sound doctrine?
👉False doctrine is any teaching that distorts, is contrary to, adds to, or takes away from what is taught in the Bible.
👉 Sound doctrine is teaching found in and consistent with what is taught in the Bible.
