IT IS BECAUSE OF FALSE TEACHERS & FALSE TEACHINGS! 2 Timothy 4:2-4 says, "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables."
📌 Paul the apostle, was giving the young minister, Timothy, some vital & crucial instructions and a final exhortation on how to go about preaching the Word of God! Paul was telling Timothy not 🙅🏽♀️ to turn from sound doctrine or to myths (as we see in verses 3 & 4), but to focus his ministry on communicating God's 👉🏾revealed truth. Paul then includes 📌 7 specific ways in which Timothy 👉🏾is to preach the Word. And I will be discussing those seven specific ways today. For God did say in the following verses, of what congregations will look like because of false teachers:
📌 “3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
🥊 And this is why, we must constantly scream aloud about these false pastors and false teachers! Y'all want to keep kicking and screaming about your favorite wolf in sheep's clothing, all the while he is in total error and in violation of the Scriptures! 💥 So come out from amongst them! For they do you great harm!
💥 REPENT and BELIEVE, that our resurrected Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, died for your sins, stop SINNING and turn back to GOD and obey Him!
