Folks, we are commanded by our Heavenly Father to live lives in keeping with repentance! We must put away all sin and forsake it! WE MUST LIVE CLEAN LIVES WITH A CLEAR CONSCIENCE BEFORE THE LORD! Since we are now born-again and followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, we pick up our cross daily, DENY THE FLESH, and follow Him! We may not understand all of His hard teachings now, but we walk by faith in Him ANYWAY! We should all live in complete obedience and gratitude to the Father as He has set us apart unto Himself - sanctifying us; and conforming us into the image of His Son! Colossians 3 exhorts us: "Therefore if you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, sharing in His resurrection from the dead], keep seeking the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value]. 3 For you died [to this world], and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God." Amen! Be holy, for our God is Holy. For without holiness, no man shall see the LORD!
