Amen!
Right there! That's how, beloved, we are to live, now that we are born-again! We walk in the newness of life! Like Paul says, we have been raised with Christ to a new life. Therefore, we set our minds and keep focused daily on the things above and not on the things in the world ("the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life," 1 John 2:15) that are trying to pull us back into darkness and back in Satan's camp! Christ Jesus died for our sins and has forgiven us! We are no longer condemned and facing God's wrath! He tells us what to do next in John 8:11, "GO, and SIN NO MORE."
... And whatever you do, PLEASE stay away from "the cunning and trickery of [unscrupulous] men, by the deceitful scheming of people ready to do anything [for personal profit" (study Ephesians 4:14). These would be your apostate wolves in sheep's clothing, who teach false doctrine and are filled with seducing spirits to lure you away from the wholesome sound teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ with their clever lies, destructive heresies and doctrines of demons! Study and meditate on God's Word for yourself, so that you are not led astray and deceived by the traditions and commandments of men who make the Word of God of none effect!
Listen, the way is straight and narrow that leads to eternal life! Don't let anyone deceive you! The Bible tells us how to live post-salvation: 1 Peter 1:14, "...[Live] as obedient children [of God]." And, "If we [claim to] live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage—our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit]" (Galatians 5:25). Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!
