In episode 12 I am joined by the Charity Joining Jacks, very own Jack Johnson to discuss all about the work he is doing within the DMD community, future aspirations and his experience as a disabled athlete.
Jack has accomplished a lot within the world of sporting at a young age and is very passionate about helping other disabled people immerse themselves in the world of sports!
