In this Founder’s Note, I share the story of my very first therapy session — and the words that changed the course of my life: “You’ve been depressed for about twenty years.”
What followed was the beginning of my journey into Emotional Wealth — learning to notice, honor, and engage with my emotions as sacred guides, rather than something to fix or hide.
