One of the important thing in human life is that food that ones eat. 

Instead of quantity, one should always focus on the quality of food. 

It would be healthier is the food is taken in fewer quantities but in good quality. 

The food should be Disgustable to the body cause the average human food consumption only 50% of food is digested and the other 50 % is wasted.
