If you're not familiar with this theory, it essentially talks about how our relationships with our childhood caregivers tremendously imprint the way we show up in our adulthood relationships. It is often said that many people are either running toward or away from love & this theory kinda touches on why that is.

In this episode we briefly touch on the 3 of the main attachment styles: anxious, avoidant and secure, and offer some tips on how to move from feeling anxious in our relationships, to feeling more confident and secure.We share our personal experience in how we have made this shift as both of us grew up more anxiously attached and today feel quite secure.
