This week on the Ways to Wealth Podcast, we’re talking about the new and exciting Employee Financial Wellbeing Program! Charlie and his team have been working hard at researching and analysing the impacts that a lack of financial wellbeing has in the life of employees.

We found that 75% of employees are stressed about their personal financial situation and this financial stress is so impactful in people’s lives, that employers could be losing up to $1200 per employee, per year. Employees are so affected by financial stress they are up to 20% less productive, 50% more stressed, and 2.3 times more likely to miss work than employees that aren’t suffering from financial stress.

Our scheme supports employees to start their wealth journey, through financial education, a financial goals consultation where we set initial goals for all employee’s households, frequent check-ins, emergency appointments, track progress and support individuals to achieve better outcomes and greater productivity!
