With nearly a decade in tier one construction contracting, she led award-winning teams delivering social impact strategies across major public and private sector projects, contributing to over £80 million in project wins and £1 million in measurable social return. A passionate advocate for equity, Anna has worked extensively with marginalized communities, especially young people facing systemic barriers. She authored Forgotten Youth, advises on social mobility through the Chartered Institute of Building, mentors future industry leaders as a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Constructors, and coaches students at the London School of Economics. In 2023, she founded Social Impact Coach, helping organizations deliver purpose-driven social value and guiding individuals toward meaningful, mission-led careers. Anna’s mission is to drive forward conscious capitalism: raising the consciousness of businesses so they become powerful forces for social good and helping people reconnect with their innate gifts so they can live and lead with authenticity, impact, and joy.
