Our FRLS event last week was such an incredible night from the worship, community and encouragement from Dr. Allison Key. Allison spoke about her struggle with mental health throughout the years after her dad committed suicide and with all of the other curve balls that came her way later in life too. Such an encouraging message whether you're currently in this season or have a friend who is. We encourage you to listen and share with a friend. AND we included "I Speak Jesus" from worship that night because it's just flat out powerful so you can listen to it on the go.
