Hello, folks! This is ADHD in a HURRY! My name is Dustin Horvath. Today's episode features a conversation with Jason Carlough, a native of Alaska and former Director of HR for a company. Jason was recently diagnosed with ADHD!
Jason wanted to discuss his experiences working in the corporate world with undiagnosed ADHD, how working in HR gave him a sense of purpose and a lot of the challenges that come with being an adult with undiagnosed ADHD.
Jason also shares a lot of valuable wisdom throughout the conversations, which will resonate with others and hopefully help when it comes to dealing with feeling like an imposter at work or home.
This episode is part one of a multi-part series, so keep up-to-date for the next installments. The next episode contains many valuable insights about being an ADHDer in the workforce, so stay tuned!
Thank you, Jason, for taking the time to chat and share your story.
