Description

Anyone who’s worked with me is familiar with my affinity forrubber chickens. They make cameo appearances in every production I do and are all affectionately known as “Climon.” What few people know is that “Climon” is a portmanteau of the names of the two students (Clark and Simon) who gave me my first rubber chicken decades ago. Today’s guest, restauranteur Simon Beck and I recall the origin of this storied tradition and the enduring legend that is “Climon.” Recorded on 6/10/25.
