Part of loving and trusting yourself is being able to love and trust your body! In this episode we talk about what dieting (and diet culture) have to do with self-doubt and why those messages are so damaging to us. I share some ways you can learn to stop doubting yourself and trust yourself instead. (As always, please remember that I am not a mental health professional or a dietitian, this simply reflects my own experience.)
