Caitlin is currently at her U.S. Nationals competition with
her Arabian horses. Knowing this episode would release while she was at this event, she wanted to choose a word that would emulate some of her time here. So, she is discussing the word community. In this episode, she talks about how community comes up in her personal and professional life. She uses national examples to show how communities show up and, occasionally, disappoint themselves. In the second half of the episode, she sits down with her friend Jen, who she met in the Arabian horse community. Simply put, Jen has had an almost-unbelievable couple of months.
