This conversation is near and dear to my heart as Jasmin is my sister. We explore our upbringing, navigating growing up with a single mother, her self-discovery of the power she possesses, how she managed her mental health through it all, and MORE!
Jasmin has accomplished so much so far, from being a Double-Graduate from James Madison University to being named the Long Reach High School, Player of the Decade in field hockey from 2010-2020. Her greatest accomplishment though, is her self-proclaimed growth mindset as she has endured the peaks and valleys in her life.
