In today's episode, I really wanted to take a second and talk about what even IS self-mastery or the mastery journey in general. I want to get real and explain the High AND Low road associated because both are equally important and you can't have one without the other.
We'll discuss what self-mastery is, how you even experience it, what it looks like, and how to navigate it with more ease. I use some astrology as an example to make it make sense but I also bring in my real life as well.
