With years of experience as an educational consultant and editor, she brings a unique blend of knowledge, humor, and real-life experiences to her work. Whether she’s coaching writers, delivering inspiring talks, or helping shape powerful stories as a content editor for Iron Stream Media, Katherine is all about creating meaningful connections.
Her work has been recognized in publications like Guideposts, and she’s earned multiple awards for her contributions to writing and the arts, including honors from the New York Mayor’s Office and the Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writer’s Conference. She’s deeply involved in the writing community, serving as a mentor, chapter president for Word Weavers International, and a member of several professional organizations, including ACFW, CWoC, AWSA, and FWA.
Beyond writing, Katherine is dedicated to giving back. She serves on the board of Submersion 14, teaches art through Light for the Future, and hosts the true crime and thriller-inspired podcast Murder, Mystery & Mayhem Laced with Morality. Her current projects include a Christian Bible study for women and the sequel to her debut thriller novel.
