The Archangels, led by Metatron, give special focus to the root chakra and go up to the solar plexus. (This is a video episode on Spotify player).
When They reach the solar plexus, They harmonize the connection between the three main basal chakras – root, sacral and solar plexus.
Then, They start working from the Heart Chakras upwards. They finalize with an energetic harmonization of the whole chakra systems.

Disturbances in the root chakra can lead to issues of self-perception and manifestation of reality. Self-understanding and realization of our “things”, thoughts and behaviours are important not only to release and let go, but also to be kind and loving to ourselves.
Negative self-talk is much related to traumas that highly impacted the root chakra. If you struggle to pursuit a project, begin a project, finish up tasks, that is usually a tell sign of issues in the root chakra. If you struggle with creativity, then it is relative to the sacral chakra. Both can co-exist albeit you may experience more one than the other
. Before the World told you who you should be – who were you? Connect with that, manifest that.
. Your today shapes your tomorrow.
. Aim for abundance and it shall manifest in the matter, the material aspect.
. Stability and achieving more – from relationships to the energy of money.
