Today they discuss what made her decide to start running every day since 1/25/2015 and why she started picking up trash on these runs 144 days ago. They go back and forth talking running and comedy. Through covid Ashley has still been able to perform comedy all over the world thanks to Zoom and she's been able to run and clean the streets around Seattle every day.
