In 2018 Trystan, their daughter with Dravet Syndrome, was able to do the Special Spartan Kids Race. In the past Ainsley's Angels has taken her though some road races and Chris and Sirena discuss the future of getting Trystan through some entire mud races(More Heart Than Scars).
