Today Mike gets into the Guest Chair and is interviewed by Elliot, Virginia Nickelson's young Spartan. Elliot is 10 years old and a 6th grader in Everett WA who got into Spartan Races 3 years ago. She is a competitive gymnast who trains year round and is planning on doing her first GORUCK Light this year. She has a heart for the special needs community working with kids with all abilities to play all kinds of sports and do OCR races.
This is a fun episode and a nice break from the usual show. Elliot starts out a little nervous, but once Elliot and Mike hit a stride this is a great episode. Let us know what you think about this special edition.
