Today Pretty Mike talks with Josh Koehler. Josh's story is one of overcoming adversity. He has fought through all sorts of injuries including open heart surgery to repair an aortic dissection. In 2019 Josh ran 80 races and in 2020 he almost lost his life to the aortic dissection. Within three months of open heart surgery Josh was back on course(admittedly a little too soon) with Joey McGlamory and the team from More Heart Than Scars.
