Through our journey running OCR many of us have found that not only are we Spartans, but, we find that we are also on a path of sobriety and the race is an outlet for us. We will not share names or stories of anyone but our own on this show.
Today we hear some of the story of Terry "Tatted Ninja" Lamb. Terry is a trainer, former Spartan employee, and motivational speaker. We have a great conversation and talk about things like: why he has a check engine light on his forehead, working the steps any why they are important, and we finish out talking about our favorite memories from on the course.
