Question:
I work in Healthcare. I'm a manager. Sometimes I need to let people go because of performace. It's happening everyday.
We had a case in the U.S on FedEx employee went back to the office after being fired and killed people there.
How can I do my job better at this? I love my job but that is a stressful situation.
