In yesterday's podcast I talked about how its hard for my daughter to meet new people, and I thought it was because she has a limited experience in meeting new people. But after further research, I believe its more separation anxiety, and the crazy thing is that I might have it as well with her. It's going to take some time for the both of us to become stronger and to learn around this fear, but I know we can do it!
