Holidays should feel joyful and stress free, not like a test of your willpower or a reason to feel guilty about food. I walk you through how to decide your approach ahead of time, how to handle comments from others, and how to enjoy the day without overthinking every bite.

You will hear me remind you that a couple of holiday meals out of twelve months will never derail the work you are doing. What matters is how you manage the rest of your days and how you build your eating plan around your life instead of forcing your life around a plan. Whether you stay on your usual routine, enjoy the holiday food, or land somewhere in the middle, the most important thing is to choose what feels right for you and enjoy the moments with the people you care about.
