This is our final live stream of the week, and we’re wrapping up our conversations on trusting the process.

This week, we talked about what it means to trust the process, especially when things aren’t going the way you expect. When things feel off. When you’re second guessing yourself. When it feels like everything is going sideways.

Because that’s part of it.

Trusting the process does not mean everything feels aligned all the time. It means you keep showing up anyway. It means you keep making the next choice in front of you.

And that’s really where this starts to shift into what we’re focusing on next.

Trusting yourself.

Because at the end of the day, you are the one making the choices. The workouts you do, the food you eat, how you show up day to day. And if you get too caught up in one decision, you lose sight of the fact that you have another opportunity to choose again right after that.

This episode also sets the tone for how we’re moving forward.

We’re simplifying things.

Each week will have a central theme. The live streams will act as a jump off point. And from there, we build through conversation, interaction, and real time application.

Because the goal is not just information.

The goal is for things to stick.

That’s where you look at what you can control right now.

That’s where you create small wins that reinforce your ability to handle whatever is in front of you.

Because that’s how this works.

You build trust in the process.

And then you build trust in yourself.

And from there, everything else starts to move.
