Description

I am introducing a simple tool that can completely change how consistent you are, especially on the messy, unpredictable days. I call it the minimum effective day.

Instead of asking what is the perfect plan or how do I do everything, I ask one question. What is the bare minimum I am willing and able to do today?

Because life does not care about your perfect schedule. Things go sideways. Energy dips. Curveballs show up. And if your only settings are all or nothing, you end up choosing nothing more often than you think.

In this episode, I walk you through how setting a realistic minimum keeps you moving forward, builds confidence, and protects your momentum. You still show up. You still follow through. And most days you end up doing more than you expected anyway.

This is not about pushing through or gritting your teeth. It is about thinking, adjusting, and using your headspace to make smart decisions in real time. It is another inside/out tool that helps you stay consistent for life, not just when everything is perfect.

If you have ever said I will start Monday or I will get back on track next week, this one is for you. Let’s make consistency easier.
