Description

In this episode of The YLF Experience Podcast, I talk about why Mondays don’t have to make or break your week and how you can set yourself up for success by being the architect of your own plan. It’s not about hard rules like “never miss a Monday,” it’s about building a system where you trust yourself, adjust as needed, and keep moving forward.

I share how to take the emotion out of weekly goal setting by starting early, scaling goals up or down based on what’s going on in your life, and seeing Monday as just another day to execute. You don’t have to force yourself to push through every Monday. Sometimes rest is the right call. The point is to stay consistent across the week, not to chase perfection.

We also get into the idea of you being your own standard. Not you versus you, but you and you. You are your biggest supporter, your biggest fan, and your own benchmark. When you embrace that, you stop competing with others or even fighting yourself, and you start making steady progress based on your own unique body and goals.

This conversation is a reminder that you are in control, you are the architect, and you have the power to create an approach that works for you.
