In this episode of The YLF Experience Podcast I talk about a belief many of us carry without ever saying it out loud. The idea that we are not enough. Not strong enough. Not successful enough. Not worthy enough. I share how this belief is rarely built from one single moment. It is shaped over years through small experiences that stack up until they create a story we start to live by.

I open up about how this showed up in my fitness journey. I chased goal after goal thinking the next milestone would finally make me feel settled. I thought changing my body would fix the discomfort I felt on the inside. I did the same thing in my career. I stayed busy. I jumped into new projects. I piled on more work because I was afraid of what it would mean if I finally stopped. If I hit the goal and still did not feel like enough.

We also talk about comparison and how easy it is to get lost in the noise. When you do not know who you are underneath the expectations and opinions of everyone around you it becomes almost automatic to measure yourself against other people. It shows up in fitness. It shows up in work. It shows up in relationships. And it steals your ability to see your own progress.

The real shift happens when you decide to practice being enough. It is not something you wait to feel. It is something you build through daily reps. The same way you build strength. The same way you rebuild your relationship with food. Every time you choose to trust yourself. Every time you choose to sit with discomfort instead of running from it. Every time you choose to reinforce your worth from within. That is the inside/out approach.

You are enough right now. You do not need a smaller body or a bigger one. You do not need a perfect routine or a perfect life. You do not need to earn your worth. If you have spent your life trying to fix yourself I want you to know that nothing was ever broken. You have always been enough. Now it is about learning how to believe it and practicing that belief every day.
