Description

In this episode of The YLF Experience Podcast I talk about how traditional marketing creates problems you never had and then sells you the solution. I walk through the difference between a real need and a manufactured need using examples from big box shopping trips constant social media pitches and the nonstop pressure to buy the next fitness fix. You will hear why so much of the fitness industry is built on fear and insecurity and why I am committed to doing the opposite with Your Level Fitness.

We dig into the real problem this program is built to solve which is how you see yourself in the mirror and how you talk to the person underneath. I explain how an inside/out foundation fits under any fitness niche whether you want to run marathons lift heavy practice yoga or simply move more and feel calmer around food. You will also hear a bit of my marketing background why I choose to use those skills for something I believe in and how appreciating your body at any size can sit alongside building a structure for an active lifestyle that fits your preferences instead of forcing you into a rigid system.

I share how repetition daily touchpoints and an organized catalog of resources can help you untangle years of self criticism while still living in a world that pushes consumerism and comparison. My goal with this episode is to remind you that you are already enough in fitness and in every other part of your life so that when you choose to buy something or pursue a specific goal it comes from appreciation not from feeling incomplete.
