Happy Monday. We are starting a new week, and this is the week where a lot of people fall into the third week of January trap.
The new year energy is wearing off. The weather is cold and dark. Gyms are crowded. Beds feel warm. Motivation is not as loud as it was on January first. This is usually where old habits try to pull you back in.
In this episode, I talk about why this week feels harder, and why that does not mean anything is wrong with you. Curveballs are part of the process. Setbacks are part of the process. What matters is learning how to trust yourself to navigate them.
We talk about slowing things down, building at a calm pace, and learning how to adjust instead of quit. Sometimes you make changes in the moment. Sometimes you realize after that your plan did not work and you fix it next time. That is not failure. That is learning.
I also break down what consistency really means. It is not doing everything every day. It is doing the things that matter on a regular basis that actually fits your life. Some things are daily. Some things are not. Consistency looks different depending on the habit and the person.
This episode is about building trust with yourself. Trust that you can adjust. Trust that you can come back to center. Trust that this is not another restart. This is you learning how to build your forever active lifestyle in real life, not in perfect conditions.
