And I explain why you won’t see me sending the usual daily email you’d hear me mention in the public podcasts, because as part of this program, you’re already getting tailored communication.
One of the big updates I’m sharing is how I’m shifting some of your live stream topics into bonus podcast episodes. When you send in questions for the live streams, I’ll often record separate podcast episodes to give you context and guidance. Even though these episodes go on the public Your Level Fitness podcast feed, I’m making them specific enough that if you’ve submitted a question, you’ll know I’m talking to you, without calling you out by name.
I explain why I’m removing journal prompts and daily activities from the live streams so we can stay focused on the individual work each of you is doing. You’re not just getting generic fitness advice here. You’re building your forever active lifestyle in real time, and you’re already proving how different this approach is from anything else in the fitness space.
