Oh hey friend! Today we are talking all about YOU (+ me). In business we go through many phases. The only constant is change and even though we hear that phrase all the time, we always seem to find ourselves white-knuckling the status quo, refusing to let go. Being in this place will feel stagnant and this is when you know it is time to let go. Oftentimes, especially as business owners and as people who prescribe to trailblazing, we identify with our work. This pressure to succeed and not let go is directly tied up in this identity crisis business owners often find themselves in.
