When you're on a healing journey, whether that's from a cancer diagnosis, autoimmune disease or another chronic health condition, it is NECESSARY to focus on finding your inner peace, and that means prioritizing your emotional healing, your spiritual healing, and finding ways to tap into your inner peace.

Spiritual growth has been a journey for me over the last decade as I've dabbled in things like meditation, self-development, finding faith, and finding tools to help me practice resilience and recovery to stressful situations.

Over the last year, I've been incredibly blessed to be introduced to the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Louise Hay, and tools such as Vortex healing, Qi Gong and Chakra healing tools like tuning forks and reiki.

Above all, I think THE most important relationship we have in our lives is the one we hold within ourselves. If there is turmoil and toxicity there, it can prevent us from our ability to radically heal.

Join me as I share how I have shifted my self talk, my relationship with exercise and so much more to continue to provide my body the best ability and permission for radical, complete healing.
