15 years ago, Dillon Baxter appeared to be on a career trajectory that might even eclipse the PPR's first superstar, Reggie Bush. The 2010 Silver Pigskin Winner was also named the California State Player of the Year, as he led Mission Bay to the D-4 title. Just like Reggie, Baxter accepted a scholarship to play at USC, but that is where the story begins to unravel. It's a cautionary tale that every high school athlete should hear.
