This week were GETTING INTO IT 👀
I keep using the word consciousness, and so I felt the need to define it and how it has completely transformed my perspective on life.
To me consciousness is being aware of not only your surroundings but what’s going on inside.
It’s a constant practice, this is not something that you just attain, and then never have to work on ever again.
There are so many humans out there operating without any conscious awareness of why they’re doing certain things or reacting a certain way, and so I want to get into it.
My goal, especially with my early childhood development implementation is to work on equipping caregivers with the tools to help them with their own conscious awareness.
After reading @dr.nicolelepera4863 's book: How To Do The Work I started listening to her podcast episodes and I have found so much beneficial information that I just had to share.
Do with it what you will, but I I can say it has given me a new perspective on my purpose here 💛
There is something so powerful about looking inward.
