MY FIRST SOLO EPISODE

I didn’t think I would ever be here you guys!

I’M SOLO DOLO THIS WEEK 🙃

I honestly wasn’t going to record anything this week, I was really focused on Easter and family time but I woke up this morning feeling inspired!

A goal of mine since I’ve started this podcast has been to do an episode on my own. ((Not that I don’t love Ryan as my co-host every week)), but I wanted to challenge myself.

This was nowhere close to easy for me, but I want to continue to grow and get better

So this week I wanted to introduce something new that I want to add to my YouTube channel…a new segment of sorts.

After quitting my career last March, I decided to pick up the book, The Artist’s Way, and it completely changed my life for the better.

and I will probably talk about it another thousand times, because that’s how much this book meant to me.

Recently I’ve strayed away from taking care of my mental health && and so I really wanted to get back into it in someway or form.

SOOOOO I’ve decided, to add a little more to my plate lmaoo 😩

But truthfully, I think it’s going to help me, and I can only hope that maybe it will help some of you guys as well along the way.

So I figured I would start keeping a video diary.

I’m not confident that I will post every day, or post every thing that I record, but I wanted to use these “diary Vlogs” as a way to connect and also reflect back and hopefully see some growth. Because that’s always the goal, right?
