Can you honestly say that you choose yourself? In every moment? Do you prioritize yourself because you know it's the most generous thing you can do for everyone around you? I'm getting there…Growing with awareness rather than falling back into judgment… and lovingly calling myself out when I need a gentle nudge to show up for myself and do the damn thing… and as I continue to grow and learn, I am making a point to celebrate the f*ck out of myself and be grateful for each moment. And sometimes, it's as simple as celebrating the fact that I took care of myself, even one small need I addressed. Letting myself revel in that satisfaction and pride and feel the joy wash over me is the best motivator to continue showing up for myself!!! Highly recommend 10/10
