Alaias joined Behind The Title to talk about the importance of balance and making room in your life for the things and people you value. Alaias is multifaceted– not only does she exercise her analytical and creative gifts as a Brand Manager for EA Sports, she is a successful content creator. She combines her certifications and research with firsthand experience as a Track & Field athlete at Michigan State to create digestible and energetic videos centered around bettering health.
When creating Behind The Title, I knew I would have Alaias on as a guest speaker very early. What she doesn’t know is that she truly was an inspiration to me when I was navigating a career change/figuring out how this creative outlet would fit into my life. I am so proud of her and she truly helps those around her elevate.
