This week, our campus Chaplain Garret Chang, kicks off the first chapel of the semester by encouraging our students to reflect on the meaning of enduring suffering with faith.
Every semester, our chapel team leaders and chaplains unite and seek the Lord for a theme that will guide and inspire our students throughout the school year.
This year's theme centers on embracing suffering in Christ. As Chaplain Garrett beautifully put it, "Suffering is the furnace by which you will look more like Christ." It's about recognizing that Jesus is with you in suffering, transforming you into something beautiful. This message is one of hope and inspiration.
