In this episode I discuss some of the illogical and unnatural ways men can be DAMAGED DICKS when they take "health" and "physical fitness" too far. Many of these me go completely against their bodies due to unnecessary and excessive weight lifting, eating foods that actually work against their bodies, and genetic makeup. Given most of what we know about health and nutrition in this society has been crafted by white corporations that only live to destroy life and accumulate money, it's very important that men start to learn about health from a NATURAL, Ancestral, and Creator designed approach. There are plenty of people to study that can provide healthier ways of gaining strength and endurance without all the whey protein, protein powders, and etc. The question is, do you want to keep passing down unhealthy habits to your lineage? 

Live as a Healthy African/Black man. not a white man or great specimen for white men and women to admire. You're MORE than that!!
