As the originator of Somatic Abolitionism, an embodied antiracist practice, he is dedicated to healing racialized trauma + building resilient communities. Working at the intersections of antiracism, communal healing, and embodied purpose, Resmaa is the challenging yet compassionate coach our world needs in this time of racial reckoning + global unrest.
