I am not sure about the coming year,
But Love in 2024 feels different.
We no longer appreciate eye contact,
rather we stalk profiles,
We overshare with chat GPT,
but rarely talk to ourselves,
Our Google search knows us better
than the people we love,
We identify fake shoes and bags easily,
but not fake people,
Commitments are just words,
And casual has become life,
We smile in picture and cry in silences,
We all are broken yet somehow working.
