In "Wheel of Fate," Divatox discovers a star chart leading her to the powerful Lightning Cruiser and Storm Blaster vehicles. Dreadfeather's attempts to capture them are thwarted when the sentient vehicles escape to Angel Grove, nearly colliding with T.J. and Justin. A chaotic chase ensues, with the Rangers battling the monsters and the unruly vehicles. Justin is captured, but T.J. gains control of Lightning Cruiser, using its advanced sensors to locate Justin in a warehouse. A combined effort by the Rangers, including a thrilling aerial rescue, sees them secure the vehicles, which surprisingly bond with the Rangers, displaying Turbo Ranger emblems. A final showdown with Divatox and her monsters ends with the destruction of the Divamobile and Dreadfeather, leaving Bulk and Skull cemented in their jobs and the Rangers enjoying their new powerful rides.
