In the fifth episode of *Power Rangers Turbo*, titled "Transmission Impossible," the story begins with a mysterious spaceship flying towards Earth, while Tanya hosts a musical TV show at KAGV Studio. When a strange signal interrupts their broadcast, Tanya and Katherine are drawn into a plot involving Divatox, who is eager to capture the signal's source to thwart the Power Rangers. Meanwhile, Visceron, an old friend of Dimitria, attempts to deliver critical information but is captured by Divatox. Despite their efforts, the Rangers inadvertently battle their transformed ally, who has been brainwashed into servitude. After a tense confrontation, Visceron is injured but ultimately healed by Dimitria, revealing that she has a long-lost twin sister.
